Private Sessions with Ray
Dr. Castellino offers in-person sessions and phone consultations to individuals and parents seeking support for their own interpersonal relationships, as well as to professionals and students seeking support for working with their own clients. The cost is prorated at $3.50 a minute, which equals $210 for a one-hour session. (An additional 5% charge applies for payment via credit card, for a rate of $220.50/hr). Session are billed per minute for their actual length. In-person sessions usually run one to one and a half hours long, but you can schedule up to a three hour block if necessary. Phone calls can be of any length.

Directions
In-person sessions are conducted at 1105 North Ontare Rd, Santa Barbara, CA 93105.
Parking is important so please read the instructions. It is important not to park in front of any neighbor's house, on Ontare or Claremont. Our house is on the left side of the road coming up the hill, just past Claremont. It is 15 feet from the street, has a brown roof and fruit trees/a vegetable garden, bamboo and an oak tree in the front yard. The right side of the street is a no parking zone. Please drive past our house and turn around at the next intersection (Corto Camino Ontare). Please do NOT turn around in the neighbor's driveway or in the middle of the street. After turning around in the cul-de-sac, drive back down, past the neighbor' house which has a stuccoed 3.5 foot fence at the street. Park in front of our house which has a flagstone sidewalk and stone planter boxes. Or, if there is space, you can park in our driveway. If you have trouble finding parking in front of our house, please let someone know as soon as you arrive and we can rearrange cars to find you an appropriate spot.

Once you've made an appointment, please fill in the forms below.
We need to receive these forms several days before your appointment, unless you have made alternative arrangements with Sandra. You can mail or deliver them to the address above, or fax them to 805 687-4719. Those people who have attended a process workshop with Ray do not need to fill in the form since it is the same form for private sessions.
If you are coming as a family (with or expecting children), please fill in and return:
- 1 form for each parent
- 1 form for each child (including any children born to either parent and the preborn child in the womb. For a child in the womb, please fill in the conception, discovery and prenatal part of the form).

If you are in partnership with someone who is not the parent, please fill in forms for both the parent and the partner.
If you are adopting, please fill in parent forms for yourselves, the adopting parent(s) as well as forms for the birth parents. If you don't have much information, please fill in what you know. You may also write answers to questions not included such as why you adopted, what you explored before, your experience with the adopting agency.
